New Development / Integrations

Dealer Pay… has all the things!

DMS INTEGRATIONS – Dealertrack – DONE, Auto Mate – DONE, Dealer Built – DONE &…CDK – DONE!

There are several advantages to this particular upgrade.

  1. Less data entry / keystroke errors
  2. More security / less chargebacks
  3. More payment options!

Did you know that you send a secure payment link by text or email to a customer, that will also contain a link to the RO? Once they click the link, they can review the RO and populate their payment details, all stored with a signature in Dealer Pay!

DP MOVES / MOBILE APP – Apple and Android mobile app, designed to be used on a phone or tablet, to accept payments.

The functionality allows for:

  1. Card present payment accepttance using a Bluetooth reader (swipe, chip or tap). Designed to be mobile, so that you can take payments on the lot, showroom or remotely for any mobile service or sales.
  2. Send Payment Request, allowing you to send off a quick request by text or email, right from your mobile device.
  3. Transaction search, to quicly search on an existing transaction to manage or show successful payment.

HOSTED (ONLINE) PAYMENTS – We are providing you a simple and easy way to add online payments to your website, still ensuring the proper data is captured and adding it to your daily reporting.

ACCOUNT UPDATER – This cool feature updates each of your SAFE records (tokens), to make sure the card is valid and up-to-date. This includes expiration dates and more.

3RD PARTY INTEGRATION – Dealer Pay is connecting most of your 3rd party or eCommerce sales, to streamline reporting. These gateways include Auth.net, World Pay and our very own hosted payments. (Such services this accomodates are Xtime, Simple Part, GM Parts/Accessories, and more).

Never a dull moment.

GIFT & STORED VALUE – Whether it is a true “we owe” or gift purchase, we are giving you the ability to manage these values and liabilities along with new revenues all within Dealer Pay.  The system will work in a digital fashion, utilizing text and email delivery and notifications.  The holidays are coming and this is a great way to promote your dealerships!

SPLIT TENDER – We have added the ability to process one transaction, using multiple payment types.  This could be cash/card, ACH/card, stored value or gift combined.  This will make it easier to capure payments and reconcile to the DMS.

PayPal – It’s about time right!  We are adding PayPal, Venmo and PayPal credit, giving you the ability to accept these payment types.  We are also able to consolidate reporting and make sure your customers have options!

SELF CHECKOUT KIOSKS – This is going to be epic.  A virtual assistant, that will allow your customers the ability to “check out” or pay, in any department of the dealership, using a kiosk, either inside or outside of the dealership.  This will again provide even another payment option to your customers and even exchange keys!  Stay tuned!

Spotlight Dealer – Apple Chevrolet

Apple Chevrolet came onboard with Dealer Pay in March of this year.  They were currently using Rey Pay and not only overpaying, but not getting the support they needed to be successful.  Since John and team made the switch, they are utilizing our hosted payment links to send payment requests, reconciling much better and faster and regaining back profits with our Pay Share program.

Pay Share – Is your Dealership missing out?

Pay Share is Dealer Pay’s branded surcharge program, designed to allow you to “share” some or all of the processing fees with your customers.  Our program allows you to select a rate between 1%-3.50%, by department, dollar threshold and presentation (card present vs. not present).
