Dealer Pay has added 3 fantastic humans to expand our reach!
Sheila Davidson – Dealer Sales & Manager, covering Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. Sheila will mentor our existing sales team, as well as assit with new recruits. She has both dealership and payments experience and we are delighted to have her on our team!
Jerod McLachlan – Dealer Sales Rockstar, covering both Indiana and Ohio. Jerod comes from Florida, also with dealer sales experience.
Molly Trachte – Dealer Implementations Manager, focusing on new customer installations, training and ongoing support.

|Dealer Pay has a new integration with Dealertrack. We are super excited to provide even more efficiencies, reduced data entry errors, improved customer satisfaction, more connectivity between deparments and AUTOMATED RECONCILIATION!|

DASHBOARD– Great feature for admin users, to view your stats and some analytics about your payment acceptance. We also have made is easy to grab your batch reports, statements and invoices from one page. Make sure to check it out and provide any feedback that could make this page more useful for your dealership.
CASH – We never thought we would support that word, but now our systems allow you to receipt cash. This is especially useful with our DMS integrated solutions.
HOSTED (ONLINE) PAYMENTS – We are providing you a simple and easy way to add online payments to your website, still ensuring the proper data is captured and adding it to your daily reporting.
ACCOUNT UPDATER – This cool feature updates each of your SAFE records (tokens), to make sure the card is valid and up-to-date. This includes expiration dates and more.
CUSTOM NOTIFICATIONS – We added the ability for your customize your user notifications for both Send Payment Request and Recurring Billing transactions.
3RD PARTY INTEGRATION – Dealer Pay is connecting most of your 3rd party or eCommerce sales, to streamline reporting. These gateways include Auth.net, World Pay and our very own hosted payments. (Such services this accomodates are Xtime, Simple Part, GM Parts/Accessories, and more).

Dealer Pay has gone mobile. Dealer Pay MOVES is our mobile app, formatted for both Andoid and IOS tablets and phones. This, in conjunction with the VP3300 Bluetooth reader, you will be able to move about the dealership to take payments, with any WiFi or cellular connection.

What a weekend in Vegas!
Dealer Pay exibited at our first NADA Show, earlier this month and are happy to report success overall, with the exception of a few blisters and minimal sleep. We secured dealer leads from all over the country, entertained several partnership opportunities and comingled with our existing dealers and industry friends.

Happy Friday! I am so glad to be where we are today. We are growing our team, our dealer customers and expanding our offering in several awesome ways. It is hard to believe we are coming up on our 9-year anniversary in June.
