Do you want to reduce/eliminate your Credit Card processing fees?
That’s right, the rules have changed! Dealer Pay is the only “Dealer-Specific” point-of-sale solution, that allows your dealership to “share” some or all of the processing with your customers (between 1%-3.99%). We can customize this for you by department, dollar threshold or presentation. This “flat rate” solution allows you to reduce costs and increase margins, with little to no customer impact. This way you don’t have to limit transactions for down-payments or worry about the increase in card not-present rates. Want to know the “sweet spot?” Most dealers are starting by sharing 1% in service and parts and 3%-3.99% in sales/finance. Savings are in the thousands!

Contact-less Payments are a MUST!
In today’s“contact-less” world, your dealership needs “contact-less” payment options, available for all transactions in all departments. Whether your customer pays in-person or remotely, your dealership needs to provide these secure conveniences in order to maintain great customer satisfaction.
Dealer Pay offers several types of “contact-less” payment options. For in-person payments, we offer the “tap” feature, otherwise called, near field communication (NFC). This is either a card with NFC or smartphone with a mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay, etc.). For remote payment acceptance, we offer our very own Send Payment Request feature, which allows you to send the consumer a secure hosted link, via text (SMS) or email. This secure hosted link allows them to enter their payment data and billing information, tied to the transaction requested with an associated RO#, VIN or Reference #. All of these options are designed to provide customer convenience, enhanced security and “contact-less” protection.
